Thank you for choosing SK Pixel Media. We aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing and IT services with full client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.


1. Digital Services (Non-Refundable)

All digital services offered by SK Pixel Media — including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, video editing, content marketing, YouTube channel management, and website development — are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, delivered, or resources allocated.

We recommend reviewing service proposals and consulting with our team before making a purchase.


2. Online Courses & Downloads

Access to digital products, such as online courses, downloadable materials, or templates, is granted immediately upon purchase. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for these products once access has been granted.


3. IT Services & Support

  • Component-based services (e.g., computer assembling, antivirus installation, data recovery) are not eligible for refunds once initiated or completed.
  • If any hardware is procured on your behalf, cancellation or refund will be subject to vendor return policies and restocking charges (if applicable).

4. Service Cancellation

  • A client may request cancellation of a service within 12 hours of placing an order (and before any work has commenced). If eligible, a partial refund (after deducting processing charges) may be issued.
  • Once service delivery has started or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • If a refund is approved (under exceptional cases), the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. No Chargeback Policy

Clients agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting support@skpixel.media to resolve any issues. Disputes raised through improper chargebacks may result in legal action and account termination.
